One of my biggest challenges, when working with buyers, is the lack of existing homes listing inventory.
When I search MLS using a buyer?s specific criteria, I often find only one or two possible solutions and those listings seldom match my buyer?s want list.
Worse yet, sometimes I come up empty.
Lately, I have been recommending doing a build job because it allows my buyers to get what they want in a brand-new home vs. settling for someone else?s idea of perfection.
It can also avoid competing with other buyers in a multiple-offer bidding contest.
A build job can also allow buyers the time they need to sell their present home while their new home is under construction.
